Surrender is not an issue, it is a process when love starts, and it is natural like the water that flows from river to the sea. You don’t have to make a way to surrender, instead love begins only when the process of surrender has reached in its extreme, without surrender love cannot happen, love happens when one flows, when all the barriers are broken and one stands aloof and naked….. Nothing to hide, nothing to protect, this is when love blossoms.

We don’t surrender to someone because we are afraid to lose oneself but we are scared to lose the identity, which is so intact and closed that nothing penetrates ourself, love is a deep penetration. To be in love, one has to lose everything; love is not meant to gain anything; in fact, it is a way to lose everything that we have. One does not count the gains of being in love, as all the gain is by-product of love; it is the by-product of the process in which one has lost what she/he has kept for all their life as their vital belongings.
Surrender is a way of giving, giving whatever you have in any form, ugly or beautiful, wise or stupid, good or bad. Giving everything, that is there. Surrender is a way of trust, trust to open oneself and with lack of trust, love never appears. However hard we claim it as love, it remains a mere illusion of love.

Surrender is not a business; when you surrender, you do not ask what is going to happen to you and how will it happen? You just surrender with no business, with no questions. Love is a symbol of surrender when no business is done; at the time of surrendering to someone, you have not asked what is going to happen? Because surrender is fearless and love has deep faith in fearlessness, love is a way for those who are fearless, love is a stream of those who are courageous, and love is an anathema for those who are faithful.
Surrender is total faith, and faith does not mean that one has answers to all the questions, it is not that issue; in fact faith comes when all the questions disappear. There is no room left for questions, love begins when only deep faith is left.
If just for a moment we give up our education, our teachers and our social values, we will find that in this nature, in this universe each and every act is dependent on each other.
Love is complete dependency, and surrender is a process of dependency. To be independent and being independent is the issue of those who are egoistic, love is against the ego, in fact love appears when ego vanishes. But all the time during the process of our education and the way society has educated us (to keep intact each and everyone’s ego) that as soon as we hear the nature of dependency we feel ashamed, we feel sorry to be dependent, but reality is different. If just for a moment we give up our education, our teachers and our social values, we will find that in this nature, in this universe each and every act is dependent on each other; if there is rain it is dependent on other factors of nature, the clouds too are dependent on something else, if there is day it too is dependent on something, if there is night it is dependent on something else, if earth revolves it depends on something. Nothing is independent, each and every element of nature is dependent on each other, because each and every element of nature has surrendered itself, surrendered to be in co-operation, in deep harmony of togetherness, nothing is independent, except the human mind that always seeks freedom, independence, a way of keeping the ego intact and not to let love enter the heart of being. Love is co-cooperativeness when two streams merge and help each other to grow, to blossom, and to manifest the surrender. A plant grows because it has surrendered itself to nature, to sun, wind, water, soil, and every element of nature cooperates to let each other manifest its goal, its true being.
