Sacred Chants

India is a land of chanting, lets rediscover the chants of India with Vivek ji.

When Indian civilization finally made the jump to comprehend human consciousness and the divine purpose of mankind, they also found chanting, which has been an essential part of their spiritual practices ever since.

People in ancient India would often find themselves chanting or otherwise adoring a deity. As a result, they were able to go more deeply inside themselves and find out what life is all about.

Every religion that originated in India incorporates chanting into its main teachings since this practice gained immense esteem as a means to achieve spiritual goals.

The practice of chanting is highly helpful because it enables us to control and regulate our breathing, which in turn facilitates a deeper connection with oneself.

Worldwide, Sufi mystics perform kirtans, bhajans, and sluggish qwallis, all of which evolved from chanting.Kirtans, bhajans, and the slow qwallis performed by Sufi mystics around the globe all originated from chanting.

What I've discovered is that many ancient Vedic, Buddhist, and Jain sutras, which can be chanted in a very synergistic way, have been lost or forgotten. So, let's begin with learning the songs and their rhythms; let's explore and share Indian chants.
